About EAST Panorama
Outdoor · Harbour Pavilion
EAST Panorama is one of Hong Kong's only dedicated outdoor event spaces with a 270° unobstructed Victoria Harbour panorama. Where the location becomes part of the performance — the city, sea, and sky forming the backdrop for unforgettable live experiences. With 2,000 standing capacity, EAST Panorama fills a critical gap in Kowloon's outdoor event landscape.

EAST Flyover
About EAST Flyover
Outdoor · Under-Highway Venue
EAST Flyover is the campus's most distinctive venue — a raw, urban outdoor space built beneath the concrete canopy of the Kai Tak highway flyover. Sheltered from rain, open to the city's energy, it delivers an underground festival atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Hong Kong. Capacity up to 1,000, built for independent music, street culture, and boundary-pushing programming.

The Hong Kong Venue Network
EAST Air occupies a strategic gap in the Kowloon waterfront — three complementary venues that serve capacity brackets and formats no other existing cluster addresses.
Why Hong Kong Needs EAST Air
Hong Kong's live culture infrastructure has a structural gap that the market has not yet addressed. After the demolition of the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel's ballroom and the closure of KITEC Star Hall, the city lost its only mid-size indoor venues in the 1,000–5,000 range. The jump from small club to 12,500-capacity Coliseum leaves no room for the middle tier — the 2,000–5,000-capacity events where emerging artists break through, where corporate events feel personal, and where independent culture is incubated before it scales.
Indoor Venues — Capacity
The gap between 4,000 and 12,500 was previously bridged by KITEC and the Kowloon Shangri-La ballroom. Both are gone. EAST Dome is the only new venue being built to close this gap in 2026.
Outdoor Venues — Capacity
Hong Kong's outdoor supply skips from small parks to 5,000+ open-air grounds. EAST Panorama and EAST Flyover introduce a 1,500–2,000 harbour-front outdoor tier — ideal for incubation events, smaller festivals, and intimate corporate occasions with skyline backdrop.
